Roger
As a day job, Roger serves as a Wellness Coordinator at The Ohio State University. In this role, Roger regularly presents to large seminars and small classrooms alike - bringing together his passion for public health and medicine into the college setting. Along with general presentations, Roger has hosted a radio show and previously advised a college improv group. In his current position, he sporadically runs a D&D campaign for members of the Collegiate Recovery Community at OSU.
Outside of work, Roger is an active member of the TTRPG community at Guardtower East - running several games at the store and playing in even more. At home, he spends his free time binging Netflix with his wife Rachel and cuddling with their dog (Ghost) and cat (Binx).
Roger is thrilled to have been given the opportunity to play with this amazing cast, and he is looking forward to sharing these characters with you all!
Vahn Thresh
Having been one of the lucky citizens to escape the horrific events that befell the City of Granitegard, Vahn Thresh has spent the last twelve years haunted by the memories of the past. Like many survivors, he was separated from his family. Their fates unknown to him as he barely escaped the bloody chaos with his own life, a permanent scar across his face as a daily reminder of those he lost. Nightmares of those desperate hours still plaguing his dreams, twelve years after the fall.
Vahn has always known that his destiny would be tied to events surrounding the doomed city, bound by blood and by honor. He has spent the intervening years training to be ready, pushing himself to the edge to become strong enough to face whatever evil lurks behind those towering walls.
And now… for the first time since the night of the disaster, the gates to the fallen city have mysteriously opened. Like the inescapable pull of gravity, Vahn is drawn back to where it all began. Back to the doomed City of Granitegard.
